Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate personalized training programs. Here's how it works:

• We use OpenAI's API (external provider based in the United States) as our content generation engine
• We only send anonymized training parameters to OpenAI: goal, experience level, available equipment, and weekly frequency
• No personal identification data is transmitted to OpenAI
• All processing occurs on our servers (Vercel); OpenAI's API is never called directly from the application
• Generated programs are validated by our system before being presented
